Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident about your order, so you are welcome to inspect your package while the courier is present before accepting it.

Please make sure to check the item, size, color, print, and overall condition carefully during inspection.

Once the order has been inspected, accepted, and the courier has left, the order will be considered final and completed.

After receiving and accepting the order, returns or exchanges will not be available, and we cannot be responsible for any issues reported afterward.

Please note:

• Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• You may inspect your order with the courier before accepting it.

• If you notice any manufacturing defect, printing error, incorrect item, or issue with your order, please refuse the package and contact us through our page.

• Once the package has been accepted and received, no returns or exchanges can be requested.

• Orders containing two different items for the purpose of choosing between them upon delivery will not be accepted.
